This page covers how Sewmii Pattern Studio handles your data, how purchases work, and how to get in touch if something goes wrong.

Privacy

We don't collect, store, or sell your personal data. Sewmii Pattern Studio does not use sign-up forms, accounts, or any tracking tools that store personally identifiable information.

That said, third-party services we rely on may collect basic technical data. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may log basic traffic data such as IP addresses for security purposes. If you make a purchase, Etsy and Shopee's respective privacy policies apply.

We don't control what these platforms collect. We'd encourage you to read their privacy policies if you have concerns.

Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are currently handled through Etsy and Shopee. By completing a purchase on either platform, you agree to their terms of service and refund policies.

As digital products, sewing patterns are non-refundable once downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file — such as a corrupted download or missing pages — contact us and we'll make it right.

Custom Patterns

Custom pattern orders require a 50% deposit upfront before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the final files are delivered. Payments are made via PayPal.

As custom patterns are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable once work has started. If you have concerns at any stage of the process, reach out and we'll work it out together.
